Booking & Payment

• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

• The remaining balance is due 14 days before your wedding or event.

• Bookings made within 14 days of the event require full payment at the time of booking.

 

Changes to Your Booking

You're welcome to add hire items to your booking, subject to availability. Any additional items will be invoiced separately and must be paid before your event.

 

Cancellations & Postponements

• Deposits are non-refundable.

• If you need to postpone your event, we'll do our best to transfer your booking to a new date, subject to availability.

• If your new date isn't available, your deposit cannot be refunded.

 

Delivery, Collection & Set Up

If you've booked delivery, collection or set up, we'll confirm all arrangements with you before your event.

Please ensure:

• The venue is accessible at the agreed time.

• Hire items are ready for collection at the agreed collection time.

• Any changes to access or timings are communicated as early as possible.

Additional fees may apply if delivery or collection is significantly delayed or changed.

 

Caring for Hire Items

Please treat all hire items with care.

• Items should be returned in the same condition they were received.

• Chairs, arbours and décor should be protected from extreme weather where possible.

• Faux flowers should not be pulled apart or modified without prior approval.

Any lost, damaged or excessively dirty items may incur repair, cleaning or replacement costs.

 

Equipment Condition

Our hire items are carefully maintained and inspected before every event. As event hire products, some items may show minor signs of normal wear, which does not affect their appearance or use.

If you have any concerns about an item, please let us know as soon as possible on delivery or collection.

Liability

Once hire items have been delivered or collected, responsibility for their care rests with the hirer until they are returned.

CC Wedding Hire is not responsible for any injury, loss or damage arising from the use of hired equipment.

Force Majeure

If circumstances beyond anyone's control (such as severe weather, natural disasters or government restrictions) affect your booking, we'll work with you to find a suitable alternative date where possible.

Acceptance

Payment of your deposit confirms that you have read and accepted these Terms & Conditions.

Travel & Delivery

CC Wedding Hire is proudly based in Trafalgar, Gippsland and offers delivery, collection and setup throughout Gippsland and surrounding regions.

Delivery fees are calculated based on your venue location, travel time and the size of your booking.

As a general guide:

• Within approximately 30 minutes of Trafalgar – Standard delivery rates apply.

• 30–60 minutes from Trafalgar – Additional travel charges may apply.

• More than 60 minutes from Trafalgar – Custom delivery quotes are provided based on travel time, staffing requirements and setup needs.

We'll always provide a delivery quote before your booking is confirmed, so there are no surprises.
