Planning a wedding is exciting enough without worrying about how you’re going to move tables, chairs and hire items around your venue. At CC Wedding Hire, we make the delivery, setup and collection of your wedding hire items as easy and stress-free as possible. Based in Trafalgar, Gippsland, we deliver throughout Gippsland and surrounding areas, bringing your hire items to your venue, carefully handling them and, where requested, setting everything up ready for your celebration. Our delivery fees cover much more than simply getting from A to B. They include the time, labour, vehicle costs, fuel, equipment, careful handling and logistics involved in safely transporting your hire items to and from your venue.​

1. Delivery & Hire Minimums

Our delivery service is available for hire items/orders over $400. For locations further away from Trafalgar, a higher minimum hire value may apply depending on the distance and logistics involved.

2. Travel & Delivery

CC Wedding Hire is proudly based in Trafalgar, Gippsland and offers delivery, collection and setup throughout Gippsland and surrounding regions.

Delivery fees are calculated based on your venue location, travel time and the size of your booking.

As a general guide:

• Within approximately 30 minutes of Trafalgar –  $75 delivery + $75 collection

• 60 minutes from Trafalgar – $150 delivery + $150 collection

• More than 60 minutes from Trafalgar – Custom delivery quotes are provided based on travel time, staffing requirements and setup needs.

We'll always provide a delivery quote before your booking is confirmed, so there are no surprises.​

3. DIY Collection

Want to keep things simple and save on delivery?

You can collect your hire items from our Trafalgar, Gippsland location and return them after your event.

This can be a great option if you have a suitable vehicle, a helping hand and would prefer to take care of the transport yourself. We’ll have your items ready for collection, securely packed and prepared for your event.

4. Full Service – Delivery, Set Up & Pack Down

Prefer to leave the driving and heavy lifting to us?

We can deliver your hire items directly to your venue, carefully unload and set everything up, then return after your celebration to pack down and collect everything.

What’s included:

• Delivery & collection – Safe and secure transport to and from your venue.

• Set up & pack down – We’ll set up your hire items and return after your event to pack everything away.

• Careful handling – Your hire items are transported, handled and packed with care.

• Flexible scheduling – Delivery, set up and collection times are arranged around your event and venue access where possible.

• Gippsland-wide service – Servicing Trafalgar and surrounding Gippsland, including private properties, farms and wedding venues.

Delivery & Service Pricing

Your final fee is based on your venue location, distance from Trafalgar, access, timing, quantity of items and the set up and pack-down requirements of your booking. We’ll always confirm your delivery, set up, pack-down and collection costs as part of your quote, so there are no surprises.
